The power of connection
Just like light is connection energy.
An energy that is indispensable in photography.
When model and photographer connect during a photo shoot, magic happens.
The magic that might be needed a little
stunning portraits
to be able to do with each other
that you can watch for hours, so to speak, without getting bored.
Portraits with depth

What actually is connection?
As it is often described:
Connection is the energy that arises between two people when they feel seen, heard and valued.
For me it is
to connect,
look at the other without judgment.
Don't judge each other.
During a photo shoot I work from
positive energy
, I pay attention to small nuances
A small movement to the left or right, or up/down can be enough to get just the light that suits you perfectly...
I'm slowly building up

And I like to use one
short breathing exercise
.
This may feel a little strange the first time,
but when you give in, you will notice that the tensions quickly subside
when you take a few deep breaths into your stomach with your eyes closed.
This is to connect with yourself.
Just try:
Close your eyes.
Breathe deeply through your nose, all the way to the bottom of your stomach.
hold for 2 seconds
and Breathe out completely through your mouth
and hold again for 2 seconds
Do this 3 times and feel what it does to you.
Everything you feel is okay, it may be there!
