Experience and feel
As you know, I am very regular with my... personal development busy.
This is where mine is
power
also in
as a photographer
, to be somewhat aware of my own being and own behavior.
For some time now I have wanted to be in the shoes of my models.
By means of
experience
at
doing
on the other side of the lens
, you experience and feel what you need to feel comfortable in that place!
What do I need from the other person?
That is the question that kept me busy during the photo shoot.
And this too, of course
to pronounce
!
I have the
inconveniences
experienced in the field
steering, posing
,
but also my own
patience
get to know it and it
to trust
dare to put it in the hands of others!
I have
felt free
to
to be myself
and move how I normally would.
And changed a few times, so we could try out some different outfits.
One arose
flow
with each other.
My first reaction when I saw the photos was
wonder and joy
!
I think the result is very nice! The photos seriously make me happy
myself
see here. So not made...
We actually posed and did what we normally "do to the other person" who takes a seat in front of our camera.
Correct
to experience what it is like
for the customer, this is so important in your own field to step into the customer's shoes.
You get into one
vulnerable position
and must be able to trust the person behind that camera and his or her instructions.
It
trust that things will turn out well
if you follow these instructions
.
It
to trust
within yourself, that you can do it and that you can be there... Just the way you are.
Your authentic self!
I have experienced that
from a bit of healthy tension to a feeling of freedom
to go
in short time.
To be honest, I never dared to dream that it would ever get this far.
In the past, when I had to stand in front of the camera in a studio, the switch was turned
I had to perform and I became as tense as I could be.
"Colleague photographer Rob is a patient man who really brings peace to the process.
He may not give continuous instructions, but I felt free to ask for help when necessary or to think along for myself.
Rob gave me that space.
And Rob treats you with great respect when you take a seat in his studio.
I have felt safe and free to be who I am.
Thank you for this experience Rob!"
I take this experience with me in the photo shoots where I am the photographer.
I can recommend every photographer to take a seat in front of the camera once every so often!
You learn an incredible amount from that...
