How does booking a photo shoot work?

Reserve your photo shoot

• You book a portfolio photo shoot via email or the contact form together with your parents if you are not yet 18
• We discuss what you would like and exchange ideas. We also plan a date and time (if this has not yet been agreed). (this can be done online or by telephone)
• I will send you a confirmation / contract
• One of the parents signs the contract and returns it. (if you are 18 years or older, you can sign this yourself).




The big day of the photo shoot:

• You bring 2 or 3 sets of clothes so we can change. One set always consists of basic (denim) pants with a neutral t-shirt without prints. You can choose the other two sets yourself.

• We get to know each other and I offer you and your parents something to drink (coffee/tea/water/syrup)
• After the introduction, we choose the first set of clothes and start working together in the studio.
• We take different types of photos

full body | half body | closeup

Fashion | emotion shots when you are very confident and dare to be completely yourself.

• During the photo shoot we may change the hairstyle or for the girls we may put on some makeup for beauty photos. If you, as a boy, would also like photos with make-up, please let us know! This is not surprising at all in the modeling world.

• After a maximum of 2 changes of clothing, the photo shoot is over and you go home again.




What happens when you wait

in your photos?

• I load the photos into my computer and leave them for a few days. This is because after a few days I can look at it again with fresh eyes and make the best choices for you.

• I select the best ( /- 25 photos) and edit them. While selecting and editing, I keep in mind the purpose for which the photos are intended.
• Surprise: suddenly a preview photo pops up in your mailbox so that you get an idea of what it will be like.
• After a maximum of 4 weeks you will receive an invitation by email to view the photos that I have selected for you in the pixieset gallery.
• Your parents will now definitively decide which package you will purchase.

Little Star bundle - Talent Bundle - Shining star bundle - possibly with the addition of the dream portfolio album from 20 photos.

• The choice has been made and I will send the invoice to your parents.

• Once the invoice has been paid, I will either send the chosen photos to you via wetransfer or I will open the download function in the gallery so that you can download the photos for digital use. And you can enjoy your new portfolio addition.
• The photos will remain in the gallery for at least 2 months or until I need the space again.
• If a portfolio album has also been ordered, I will make it for you and it will arrive to you within 3 weeks.
